Background: Our client, another consulting company, asked us to participate in several web design projects with them. The web sites serve a large corporation in the telecommunications industry - (let's call it Big Corp. because we like to keep customer names confidential).

Big Corp. rewards its most successful sales people by hosting events in resort cities. 

Problem: Big Corp. needs an efficient way for attendees from all over the country to sign up for events and arrange their own transportation and accommodations.
